Coaching is forward-focused and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, it supports clarity, emotional processing, and goal-directed movement toward the future.

Coaching and therapy can complement each other. Coaching is not a replacement for mental health treatment or clinical care.

The length of coaching depends on your needs and goals. Some clients work through short-term support for clarity and stabilization, while others choose longer-term coaching for deeper healing and transformation.

Pricing varies depending on whether you choose individual sessions or coaching packages. Packages are available at a discounted rate, and custom options may be discussed based on your needs.

All sessions are paid in advance. Payment plans may be available. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
