Healing is possible—even after betrayal.

Betrayal recovery coaching for women and couples navigating infidelity, trauma, and faith after broken trust.

You’re in the right place if…

  • You’ve experienced betrayal or infidelity and feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward.

  • Trust has been broken, and emotional safety feels fragile—or completely lost.

  • Conversations turn into conflict, silence, or emotional shutdown.

  • You’re asking hard questions about your relationship, your future, and even your faith.

  • Part of you wants to repair… while another part isn’t sure how to trust again.

  • You feel disconnected, yet unsure whether to rebuild or walk away.

How I Help

Healing after betrayal is not one-size-fits-all. Healing requires more than time—it requires intentional, guided support.

Together, we focus on:

  • Creating emotional safety and stability

  • Processing pain without shame or pressure

  • Rebuilding trust—within yourself and your relationship

  • Reconnecting with your identity beyond what was done to you

  • Discerning your next steps without pressure to stay or leave

Sharon Jackson is a Certified Betrayal Recovery Coach and Couples Specialist with over a decade of experience supporting women impacted by infidelity and betrayal trauma.

But her work is not just professional—it’s personal.

As a betrayed spouse herself, Sharon understands the shock, grief, and questions that follow betrayal. Her own journey through this “messy middle” led her into deeper healing, faith, and restoration.

As a Christian coach, she creates a safe, non-judgmental space where women and couples can process their pain honestly—without pressure, shame, or fear. Her work is grounded in both training and deep compassion.

She has been married for 40 years and is the mother of two adult daughters.

You don’t have to figure it all out today. But you can take one gentle, healing step.

This free 5-day journal is designed to help you:

  • Reconnect with your identity and worth

  • Speak truth to the lies betrayal tried to plant

  • Reflect on Scripture that anchors you in God's love

  • Begin loving yourself with the compassion you deserve

Each day includes a short reflection, a grounding Bible verse, a journaling prompt, and a simple affirmation.

  • My biggest breakthrough while working with Sharon was becoming empowered to become my best self no matter what the outcome of my marriage. My favorite thing about working with Sharon was her relatability, empathy, and how she prays over you. She is a great listener and helps guide you towards figuring out the next steps towards healing.

  • Before coaching with Sharon, I was feeling stuck around my communication of needs, life purpose, and identity. Sharon’s transparency in her journey gave me hope. While working with Sharon I realized that I am enough. She brings honesty, integrity, and accountability into her sessions. I loved having a Christian coach that allowed the Holy Spirit to lead where needed and Sharon’s gift to minister to you in spirit and truth. Sharon will give you the tools and resources, but you have to do the work.

  • Sharon Jackson is a very organized, perceptive, and goal-oriented coach. She asks excellent questions that have helped me process, find what’s important, and define concrete next-steps. I have had specific goals I wanted to meet and she has been very good at keeping me on-track and moving forward quickly. She’s been great at helping me identify my most important core values, and turn those values into boundaries that help me protect them in my relationships.

  • Sharon has been a lifeline of hope to me during a dark season. I am so grateful for the guidance and clarity I have found through our sessions together. I have sought support through groups, read books, and done everything I know to do, but the life coaching I’ve done with Sharon has been the best of all. She truly has been a lifeline. The time and money invested are well worth it, and our consistent sessions help me avoid getting stuck.
